Woohoo!<\/p>\n

How was yours?! BBQ? Fireworks?<\/p>\n

Ours started out with…<\/p>\n

Beer-boiled, Turkey Hot Dogs<\/strong> with Red-wine Glazed Onions<\/strong>, on Garlic Toasted Buns<\/strong>, with Honey & Cinnamon Peaches<\/strong>, & Sparkling Blackberry Pop!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the evening, we went to the fairgrounds to watch the fireworks.<\/p>\n

I was so excited to try shooting the fireworks with my camera. At long, long last, I get to control shutter speed, ISO, aperture… AND focus!! How to explain how much that delights me?!!<\/p>\n

Test shot to check light settings. We’re atop a skinny walkway that points right at the place of detonation.<\/p>\n

Then there were these weird blobby sparkling blobs that float down for a long time. I don’t know what they are, I liked them, but they were weird!<\/p>\n
