Iron Chef: Morimoto vs Armoroso

Particularly exciting for me to watch, because for one, I loved the original Iron Chef show. Morimoto is my FAVORITE because his techniques are unique and experimental. I find he is one of the most creative Iron Chefs. But Armoroso collaborated with Michael Mina and is the Executive Chef at Sea Blue. And Michael Mina San Francisco is one of my FAVORITE restaurants…
